This page of the website is to help open air preachers find supplies they may choose to use or not when open air preaching. In all reality, the only supplies needed to open air preach is a Bible and a preacher. But, these items can be helpful and many of the preachers that are on this site have found these things helpful as well. The links to the items are the best prices we have found. FENDER P-10 FEN Passport Portable Personal Sound System

Fender P-10 Amp- This highly portable, personal sound system is totally ideal for preaching in public. It is battery operated and runs on a rechargeable battery. It comes with a charger that plugs into the wall and charges the battery while it is still in the amp. It is very loud and very clear when you use it and a fully charged system is supposed to last between 6-10 hours.

Open Air Preaching Stool- Elevation isn't necessary when preaching, but it is very helpful. Not only does it make the preaching easier on your voice, but it also gives you more authority. Often times there is some natural elevation nearby. If so, just use that if at all possible. If not, this stool would be great to get. It only costs $10 and it folds up to almost nothing. It only weighs 3lbs. itself, but will hold up to 300lbs. on top of it.

Banners and Sandwich Boards- signs are GREAT for preaching! They get people's attention to help you draw a crowd, they get the message out without you saying a word and everyone reads them! MP3 Recording Watch- With all the run-ins open air preachers have with unlawful cops these days, we must protect ourselves. These MP3 Watches will actually record conversations you have with police, university admin., city officials, etc. without them even knowing it! Make sure you find out what the laws are in your state before you record secretly. Some states have laws against that. If your state has a law against it, just simply tell the police officer, etc. first so they know. These are very handy, as the plug right into your computer and charge up through your computer. They last for hours at a time and will hold over 10 hours of recording!

Sony Cybershot (DSC-W80) - At the least, we recommend that you have an audio recording watch on you to protect you from encounters with unlawful cops. BUT, ideally, you should have a video camera as well. Some of the bigger cameras are too bulky and hard to carry around. Plus, they are limited to how long a tape will last. This little camera takes great video footage, is small, inexpensive and if you get a large memory card (4 GB), it will records for hours without the battery wearing out! Get one for yourself!

Camel Back- This is a great invention for open air preachers. When speaking for long periods of time, not only can we get dehydrated, but we can wear out our voices. Instead of having to buy tons of bottled waters or using both hands to unscrew a bottled water, just reach your mouth over to the mouthpiece, bite down and suck. Up comes whatever fluid you put in the camel back. The camel back also keeps your drink cold!

Free Gospel of John's- Of course, it always important to have the word of God that you can give to people that are interested. The Pocket Testament League has been giving away free Gospel of John's for a long time. You can get up to 30 at a time and all you have to pay is shipping and that is a small price.
